Two killed, Four injured as Shots Blaze in Downtown Kingston
Two men were yesterday shot and killed in two separate incidents, while four others including a female – were left suffering from gunshot wounds in Downtown, Kingston.
Reports are that around 8:00 am yesterday morning, 17 year old Ezekiel Combs was with a group of people on Pink Lane, when gunmen approached the group and opened fire killing Combs on the spot.
In a separate incident which occurred just hours later, 30 year old Everald Freeman was shot and killed while four others were left with injured after armed men approached them and opened fire while they stood on Bread Lane in Kingston.
Freeman was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital were he was pronounced dead, while the female victim was treated and sent home. The other three victims were admitted.
Gang wars between Denham Town and Tivoli Gardens has lead to an upsurged of violence in the area ever since the son of convicted drugs drug lord and former area don Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke, got shot last Friday.
