The deceased man has been identified as Paul Bulgin, 45-year-old resident of Mount Edgecombe, Runaway Bay in the parish.

Initial reports are that at about 9:44 p.m., Bulgin and his male neighbour had an argument about parking.

Reports are that both men were heard accusing the other of taking over a parking area that was close to their home.

The argument, it is reported, escalated into a fight, a knife was brought into play, and Bulgin was stabbed in his abdomen.

He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The male neighbor was taken into the custody of the police.
