Man Wanted for Triple Murder Held in Spanish Town

A man who was wanted by the police in connection with a triple murder in Linstead, St Catherine, was arrested during an operation at Frazer’s Content in Spanish Town in the parish on Thursday.

Investigators are now looking to question the suspect in the presence of his attorney, after which formal charges are expected to be laid against him.

The three deceased persons, one of them a teenage boy, were found with gunshot wounds by residents at about 11:30 p.m. on Friday, January 26. They were subsequently identified as 36-year-old mason, Shannon Reynolds, otherwise called ‘Marlon’; 15-year-old John Reynolds; and 51-year-old Sonia Hinds, otherwise called ‘Tippy’, all of Victoria district in the parish.

The police are reminding members of the public that information on wanted persons or any criminal activity may be given confidentially by using the tip line number, 837-888.
