Five persons are now dead after gun violence flared up in sections of Spanish town, St Catherine on Sunday. The violence is said to be linked to a feud between members of the notorious Clansman gang which is based in the parish. Police report that, at about 8:30 am, the Lakes Pen Community was rocked by gunfire which resulted in the murder of two men and a woman. In the same incident, a four-year-old boy was also found with a bullet wound to his foot. About 30 minutes later, a man was shot dead at a Plaza in the old capital of Spanish Town. Then about an hour later, a man was fatally shot on Old Market Street.
