Dead Body Found Along Highway in Clarendon

An unidentified male, appearing to be in his mid-40s, was found shot and killed by unknown assailants in Clarendon last Friday.

Reports are that about 7:20 a.m., residents observed a body being dumped along the soft shoulder of a section of Bustamante Highway in the parish and summoned the police.

On their arrival, the body of a male, about five feet seven inches tall and of dark complexion, was seen with what appears to be gunshot wounds to the face.

The May Pen police are investigating the development.
